Finding the Groove

October 21, 2025

This Midwest run has been something special.

Each night out here feels like riding a wave I don’t quite control — and I don’t want to.

Something’s shifted in me as a performer. Rhythms & Revelations used to feel like a show I was giving; now it feels like an experience we’re all living together. Somewhere along the way, the walls between stage and audience started to dissolve.

There’s a rhythm we fall into — laughter, stillness, breath, release. It’s like we’re rediscovering what it means to be human together for a couple of hours. Every night is different. Every crowd has its own heartbeat.

What’s been most surprising is how healing it’s felt. For them, maybe — but definitely for me. I find myself walking offstage feeling lighter, cracked open in the best way.

It’s less about perfection and more about connection. Less about performing and more about remembering why I fell in love with this in the first place.

If Rhythms & Revelations is about anything, it’s this: we’re all just trying to find our rhythm, to make sense of our revelations, and to share the ride while we can.
